Sensor Customization

We are expert in Strain Gage Based Sensors. Some sensors can be customized by some modifications in our standard products by changing – dimension, electrical parameters, sealing, cabling or temperature range.

In many cases, full customization by design and manufacture is required based on your specification.

Sensorization of machine parts / components

We can Sensorize your machine parts or component – that can be a shaft, plate, flange, washer, bolt or nut – we convert them into the sensor.

Calibration –

We can calibrate your sensor with reference to IS: 4169-2014 / ISO: 376-2011 standard –
Load Cell : capacity up to 3,000KN
Torque Sensor – capacity up to 20,000 NM
